  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Victorious on home ice

Binnington stopped 16 of 18 shots in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Jets in Game 3.

After a couple of close losses in Winnipeg, the Blues bounced back with a big Game 3 win on home ice. Binnington wasn't tested all that much Thursday, and he's now allowed eight goals on 65 shots over three playoff contests. He'll likely be back between the pipes with a chance to even the series in Sunday's Game 4.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Set to start in Game 3

Binnington is expected to start at home against Winnipeg for Game 3 on Thursday, per Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Binnington and the Blues will attempt to get back into the win column after dropping the first two games of the series. He stopped 41 of 47 shots (.872 save percentage) over that stretch. Binnington also had a 28-22-5 record, 2.69 GAA and .900 save percentage in 56 regular-season appearances in 2024-25. Winnipeg was tied for third during the regular season in goals per game with 3.35.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Stuck with tough Game 2 loss

Binnington turned aside 20 shots in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Jets in Game 2 of their first-round series.

Winnipeg's opening goal late in the first period was particularly tough to swallow, as Binnington successfully poke-checked Mark Scheifele on a rush, only for a retreating Jimmy Snuggerud to deflect the puck into his own net. Binnington played better than he did in Game 1 but had the same result to show for it, and the 31-year-old netminder has now given up six goals on 47 shots to begin the Blues' postseason run. Binnington will need to maintain Monday's level of play and get more help from his teammates if they're going to get back into the series when it shifts to St. Louis for Game 3 on Thursday.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Between pipes versus Jets

Binnington will tend the road twine for Game 2 against Winnipeg on Monday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Binnington has been struggling for victories of late, going 1-2-1 with a 2.96 GAA in his last four appearances, including a Game 1 loss Saturday. Still, the 31-year-old backstop shouldn't be expected to cede the starting role to Joel Hofer any time soon. During the regular season, the Jets converted on the power play at a league-best 28.9 percent rate, so Binnington will no doubt be begging his teammates to stay out of the box.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Loses Game 1

Binnington stopped 21 of 25 shots in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Jets in Game 1. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.

Game 1 was tied at 3-3 late in the third period, but Kyle Connor's goal with 1:36 left was the difference. Binnington has had success under pressure before, winning eight of his last 10 regular-season starts to help the Blues get into the playoffs, and that run started just a month after the 4 Nations Face-Off, where he led Team Canada to a first-place finish. The 31-year-old will have his hands full with the Jets, especially after Winnipeg's top line was in form in Game 1. Expect Binnington to see the vast majority of starts initially -- Joel Hofer played well in 2024-25, but he's untested in the playoffs.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting in Winnipeg

Binnington will patrol the visiting crease against Winnipeg on Saturday in Game 1 of the playoffs, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Binnington was 28-22-5 with three shutouts, a 2.69 GAA and a .900 save percentage in 56 regular-season contests in 2024-25. He gave up three goals on 24 shots in a 3-2 loss to the Jets on Oct. 22, his only appearance against Winnipeg this season. The Jets tied for third in the NHL with 3.35 goals per game in 2024-25.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Dazzles in pivotal win

Binnington stopped 22 of 23 shots in Tuesday's 6-1 win over Utah.

The Blues needed to win Tuesday to clinch a playoff spot, and while the offense did its part by scoring four times in the first period, Binnington delivered a solid showing as well by conceding just once. That was a step in the right direction after he had given up three or more goals in his previous three outings. The star goaltender ends the regular season with a 28-22-5 record across 56 starts, posting a 2.69 GAA (his best mark since the 2020-21 campaign) and a .900 save percentage. He's recorded a save percentage of at least .900 in six of his seven full seasons in the league.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting in pivotal matchup

Binnington will patrol the home crease Tuesday versus Utah, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

There a number of clinching scenarios in play Tuesday, but Binnington can help the Blues lock up a playoff spot with a regulation win over Utah. The 31-year-old goaltender has faltered recently after winning seven consecutive games, surrendering a total of seven goals on just 40 shots across back-to-back losses to Edmonton and Seattle. This will be Binnington's third start against Utah this season -- he went 1-1-0 with a 2.53 GAA and a .914 save percentage in those two appearances.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Loses in shootout

Binnington stopped 14 of 17 shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Kraken.

In addition to a poor performance in regulation, Binnington allowed three goals on seven shootout attempts to take the loss. This result was unpleasant for the Blues -- they're now a point back of the Wild for the first wild-card spot, and the Flames have two games in hand to try to erase a four-point deficit for the last playoff spot in the Western Conference. Binnington has faltered at a bad time, allowing 11 goals while going 1-1-1 over his last three games. For the season, he's 27-22-5 with a 2.72 GAA and a .900 save percentage through 55 outings. Despite his recent struggles, he's the No. 1 goalie for a reason, so don't be surprised to see him start Tuesday versus Utah if the Blues still need to punch their postseason ticket.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Set to face Seattle

Binnington is expected to start on the road against Seattle on Saturday, according to Lou Korac of The Hockey News.

Binnington excelled from Feb. 23-April 1, recording an 11-2-0 record, 2.00 GAA and .919 save percentage across 13 appearances. However, the 31-year-old's hot stretch appears to be over after allowing four goals in each of his past two starts. Seattle ranks 17th in goals per game with 2.96.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Falls to Oilers

Binnington stopped 19 of 23 shots in Wednesday's 4-3 loss to the Oilers.

Binnington had to deal with Connor McDavid, who dished three assists in his return from a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old Binnington saw his personal seven-game winning streak snapped just one game after Joel Hofer's loss in Winnipeg ended the Blues' 12-game surge. Binnington is now 27-22-4 with a 2.72 GAA and a .900 save percentage over 54 appearances. The Blues have just two games left in the regular season -- Saturday at Seattle and Tuesday at home versus Utah -- so unless their playoff fate is on the line longer than expected, Binnington and Hofer will likely split the last two contests.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Guarding crease Wednesday

Binnington will get the starting nod Wednesday on the road against the Oilers, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

It'll be Binnington to try to get the Blues back in the win column following Monday's loss to the Jets that snapped St Louis' 12-game win streak. The 31-year-old has won seven straight starts, allowing just 13 total goals (1.86 per game) over that stretch. He will look to continue that against a shorthanded Oilers lineup without many key pieces, including superstars Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Bends, doesn't break in win

Binnington stopped 35 of 39 shots in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Avalanche.

This game had no business being that close, as the Blues led 4-0 midway through the second period. They eased up a little bit, and the Avalanche made a push, but Binnington did just enough to get his seventh win in a row. He helped the Blues set a franchise record with their 12th straight win overall, though he's seemingly benefited from yielding some playing time to Joel Hofer. Binnington is up to 27-21-4 with a 2.69 GAA and a .902 save percentage over 53 appearances this season. The Blues' upcoming three-game road trip starts with a tough matchup Monday in Winnipeg.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting versus Avalanche

Binnington will guard the home goal versus the Avalanche on Saturday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Binnington has won his last six outings as part of a larger 11-game winning streak for the Blues. He's allowed exactly one goal in each of his last four games, including a 2-1 win over the Avalanche in Denver last Saturday. No matchup has been too intimidating for Binnington lately, but he'll still have to contend with Colorado's dynamic duo of Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Extends winning streak

Binnington stopped 20 of 21 shots in Tuesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Red Wings.

In fact, the 31-year-old star netminder has given up exactly one goal in each of his last four appearances, posting a 1.00 GAA and an elite .963 save percentage over that span.

Binnington will be in the home blue paint against the Red Wings on Tuesday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

The Ontario native has an excellent 8-2-0 record, 2.21 GAA and .910 save percentage across 10 appearances in March. Detroit is 2-4-0 in its last six games while generating 16 goals in that span.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Sharp in fifth straight win

Binnington turned aside 28 shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.

Nathan MacKinnon got a puck past him in the first period, but otherwise Binnington was a brick wall as he won his fifth straight start and led the Blues to their ninth straight victory. Over his win streak, the 31-year-old netminder has a dazzling 1.58 GAA and .938 save percentage, flashing the form that helped lead St. Louis to a Stanley Cup in 2018-19.
