Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Undergoes elbow surgery
Simmons confirmed he underwent an elbow procedure during the offseason, Easton Freeze of AtoZSports.com reports.
Head coach Robert Saleh told reporters Wednesday that Simmons is "dealing with a couple of things," when asked about the defensive tackle's health, leaving his timeline for a return uncertain. Despite dealing with an elbow issue during the 2025 season, Simmons was still incredibly productive, posting 67 total tackles, including 11.0 sacks, three passes defensed and three forced fumbles across 15 contests. Once fully healthy, he's expected to remain one of the NFL's most dominant interior defensive linemen.

Titans' Oluwafemi Oladejo: Not practicing at minicamp
Oladejo (lower leg) is not practicing at mandatory minicamp, Xavier Board of the Nashville Tennessean reports.
Titans coach Robert Saleh confirmed on Wednesday that Oladejo's absence is due to injury, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. The 2025 second-round pick may still be recovering from the season-ending right leg fracture he suffered last October, though he was designated for a return to practice in mid-December. It remains to be seen whether Oladejo will be cleared for the start of training camp in July.

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Returns to 7-on-7 drills
Ridley (leg) took his first 7-on-7 reps of the offseason Thursday, Nick Suss of The Tennessean reports.
Coming back from last year's fibula fracture, Ridley had previously been limited to individual drills and stretching during OTAs. He still hasn't done full-team work, but that should come at the start of training camp, if not at mandatory minicamp June 16-17. The 31-year-old wideout restructured his contract in March, shortly after the Titans signed Wan'Dale Robinson to a four-year deal. The team then drafted Carnell Tate fourth overall, completing a makeover of last year's undermanned WR room. Ridley doesn't have NFL experience working as anything other than the first or second option in a passing game, but that might be his new reality in Tennessee, assuming he even has enough left in the tank to lock down a top-three role at WR.

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Participating in OTAs on Monday
Ridley (leg) is participating in Monday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
After being held out at the beginning of OTAs last month, Ridley has his helmet while running routes and catching passes Monday. The veteran wideout suffered a broken fibula Week 11 last season and now is seven months removed from the injury, so he should be at or near 100 percent. Ridley has much stiffer competition for targets in 2026 after the Titans signed Wan'Dale Robinson in free agency before using the No. 4 overall pick in April's draft on Carnell Tate.

Titans' Nicholas Singleton: Participating in team drills
Singleton (foot) has been participating in team drills at OTAs, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
SIngleton suffered a Jones fracture in his foot at the Senior Bowl back in January but was deemed fully healthy ahead of the NFL Draft in April. While medically cleared, it sounds like the Titans are bringing the rookie running back along slowly and not completely unleashing him during spring practices, aiming to have him 100 percent ready for the start of training camp in July. Singleton is expected to compete for snaps and touches behind Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears under new OC Brian Daboll.
