Flannigan-Fowles (knee) doesn't have an injury status for Thursday's Week 15 tilt against the Rams.
Flannigan-Fowles sat out each of San Francisco's past two contests due to a knee injury, but he appears set to return Thursday after logging an LP/LP/FP practice progression this week. It's not clear how much he'll play against Los Angeles, though, since Flannigan-Fowles didn't log any defensive snaps in any of his past five contests.

Greenlaw (Achilles) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Greenlaw was designated to return from injured reserve Nov. 27 and practiced in full capacity Wednesday, suggesting he's ready to return for the 49ers' divisional matchup Thursday night. However, the Arkansas product remains on the reserve/PUP list and must be activated to the San Francisco's active roster in order to play in Week 15. If he's unable to suit up, expect De'Vondre Campbell to serve as one of the 49ers' top inside linebackers.

Williams (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Williams is now in line to miss his fourth consecutive game in Thursday night's divisional matchup due to an ankle injury sustained in November. Jaylon Moore is projected to continue serving as San Francisco's top left tackle until Williams recovers from the issue.

Bosa's oblique injury has keep him on the sidelines for each of the 49ers' last three games, but he's got a chance to return in Week 15. The All-Pro defensive end upgraded from a DNP on Tuesday to a limited session Wednesday, suggesting that he's trending in the right direction ahead of Thursday's contest. Bosa would be a significant addition to the 49ers' defense, especially since San Francisco recorded two or fewer sacks in two of the three games he missed.

Guerendo (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Despite operating on a short week between games, the 49ers are keeping the door open for Guerendo to suit up Week 15 following the foot sprain that forced him out of the fourth quarter of this past Sunday's win against the Bears. He was a listed DNP on both Monday and Tuesday. If he's unable to go Thursday, Guerendo will hand off San Fransisco's backfield to Patrick Taylor, with Israel Abanikanda and practice-squad member Ke'Shawn Vaughn available behind him.
