Giants' Bryce Ford-Wheaton: Limited at practice
Ford-Wheaton (shoulder) was a limited participant at the Giants' practice Thursday.
Ford-Wheaton appears to be dealing with a shoulder injury to open the week, limiting his ability to fully participate at the team's practice. The wide receiver will look to increase his participation at Friday's final practice of the week ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Ravens.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Remains limited in practice
Nabers (hip) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Nabers hasn't been a full participant in any of the Giants' last four practices, but he appears to be in a better spot in the health front this week. He's turned in a pair of limited practices to begin Week 15 prep, whereas he sat out last Friday's session entirely before being deemed questionable ahead of last Sunday's game against the Saints. Nabers ultimately suited up for a 14-11 loss to New Orleans and played 93 percent of the offensive snaps on his way to five receptions for 79 yards on 10 targets, and he apparently emerged from that contest no worse for the wear. Even if Nabers remains limited in the Giants' final practice of the week Friday and takes a designation into Sunday's game against the Ravens, he should still be in good position to play.

Giants' Tyler Nubin: Likely needs ankle surgery
Giants head coach Brian Daboll said Thursday that Nubin (ankle), who is already on season-ending IR, will "probably" require surgery to address his injury, Ryan Dunleavy of the New York Post reports.
Nubin, a 2024 second-round pick, put together an impressive rookie campaign across 12 appearances, recording 98 total tackles, one pass defended and one forced fumble. He'll now turn his attention toward making a full recovery from the ankle injury he sustained during New York's loss to the Saints in Week 14. Dane Belton (knee) is nursing an injury of his own, but health permitting, he figures to close out the 2024 season as a starter at strong safety.

Giants' Drew Lock: Sidelined for practice again
Head coach Brian Daboll said that Lock (heel/left elbow) won't participate in Thursday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Lock remains confined to a walking boot and has yet to log any practice reps so far this week, making it unlikely that he'll be available for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Daboll has already said that Tommy DeVito is on track to serve as the Giants' starting quarterback in Week 15, but the team could wait and see how Lock recovers from his heel injury over the next few days before determining if he's capable of handling backup duties. If the Giants end up ruling Lock out for Sunday's game, however, Tim Boyle would likely be elevated from the practice squad to serve as DeVito's backup.

Giants' Austin Schlottmann: Designated to return
The Giants designated Schlottmann (lower leg) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Schlottmann was placed on injured reserve back in August but is now closer to making his return. He managed to practice in a limited capacity Wednesday, and the team will now have 21 days to officially activate him.

Giants' Tyler Nubin: Shifts to IR
Nubin (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Nubin's rookie campaign has come to an early end after he was placed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury sustained in the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints. The Minnesota product appeared in 12 games this season, recording 98 total tackles, one pass defended and one forced fumble. Dane Belton (knee) is likely the next man up at strong safety with Nubin sidelined for the remainder of the year.

Giants' Cor'Dale Flott: Still nursing quadriceps injury
Flott (quadriceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Flott was able to play through quadriceps and knee injuries in Sunday's loss to the Saints, recording five total tackles and two passes defended over 67 defensive snaps. His limited practice session Wednesday is likely precautionary, however, he could be in jeopardy of missing the Giants' Week 15 game against the Ravens if he can't play through his injuries again.

Giants' Deonte Banks: Limited Wednesday
Banks (ribs) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Banks was unavailable for the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints, but Wednesday's limited practice session suggests he could return to the field as soon as Sunday's matchup against the Ravens. The 2023 first round pick's participation Thursday and Friday will likely provide the best indication of whether he'll be sidelined for the third consecutive game Sunday.

Giants' Rakeem Nunez-Roches: Misses Wednesday's practice
Nunez-Roches (neck/shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Nunez-Roches' absence from Wednesday's practice comes as no surprise, as the veteran defensive lineman missed the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints due to neck and shoulder injuries. The 31-year-old likely needs to upgrade to at least limited practice Thursday or Friday in order to play in Week 15, when the Giants host the Ravens.

Giants' Dru Phillips: Logs DNP on Wednesday
Phillips (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Phillips was sidelined for the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints after sustaining a shoulder injury late in the week, and Wednesday's DNP suggests he's still nursing the issue. The rookie corner from Kentucky could be in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive game in a Week 15 matchup against the Ravens if he can't practice in a limited fashion Thursday or Friday.

Giants' Malik Nabers: Limited in practice Wednesday
Nabers (hip) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Nabers was held out of last Friday's practice due to a hip flexor injury but still was able to suit up in Sunday's 14-11 loss to the Saints, turning a 94 percent snap share into five catches (on 10 targets) for 79 yards. The Giants contained Nabers to work on the side Wednesday, per Duggan, but the rookie wide receiver doesn't appear in danger of missing this Sunday's game against the Ravens as a result of the injury.
