  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Placed on IR

The Bengals have placed McPherson (right groin) on IR.

McPherson will thus miss at least four games, meaning that the soonest he'd be eligible to return from IR would be Week 18 against the Steelers. To replace him, the Bengals officially added fellow kicker Cade York to their practice squad ahead of the team's Monday night game against the Cowboys.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: In line to miss time

McPherson is expected to miss a few weeks due to a groin injury, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

While the report indicates that McPherson's injury is not season-ending, he's on track to miss some time, per Garafolo. With that in mind, the Bengals are slated to add Cade York to their practice squad ahead of Monday night's game against the Cowboys.

  • Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Reels in four passes

Hudson caught all four of his targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers.

Hudson played just 12 of the Bengals' 62 offensive snaps, behind both Drew Sample (39) and Mike Gesicki (27). With that said, the 30-year-old Hudson was targeted on one-third of his snaps. His four grabs and 28 yards were both his second-highest marks in each category, highlighting his limited usage so far this season. Operating as the Bengals' No. 3 tight end, Hudson is not on the fantasy radar. The Bengals visit the Cowboys in Week 14.

  • Bengals' Andrei Iosivas: Hits pay dirt against Steelers

Iosivas caught three of four targets for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers.

Iosivas' touchdown in Week 13 was his fifth of the 2024 campaign, and the Bengals' No. 3 wideout has now recored 23 catches for 309 yards in the 12 games he's played this season. The second-year receiver found the end zone on a three-yard pass from Joe Burrow late in the fourth quarter to bring Cincinnati within one score, but ultimately the Bengals were not unable to get the job done. Iosivas remains difficult to trust for fantasy purposes with such limited volume behind fellow receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. The Bengals visit the Cowboys in Week 14.

  • Bengals' Khalil Herbert: One carry in loss

Herbert rushed once for 14 yards in Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers.

Herbert's one carry Sunday was his first since joining the Bengals at the trade deadline. The 26-year-old running back played just six offensive snaps against the Steelers after playing a total of six offensive snaps across his first two appearances. With such limited usage behind lead back Chase Brown, Herbert remains nothing more than an insurance policy for fantasy purposes. As the season progresses, it's possible the fourth-year back could continue to see his snap percentage gradually increase if the Bengals decide to lighten Brown's workload down the stretch. Herbert will look to get more involved when the Bengals visit the Cowboys in Week 14.
