Broncos' Luke Wattenberg: Getting green light
Wattenberg (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
After logging back-to-back full practices to end Week 10 prep, Wattenberg was activated off injured reserve Saturday and will be active for the first time since suffering a knee injury in Week 5. Wattenberg was Denver's starting center before the injury, but Alex Forsyth has taken over those responsibilities in recent weeks. Wattenberg was seen taking first-team reps during pre-game warmups, per Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post.

Broncos' Luke Wattenberg: Lands on IR
Wattenberg (ankle) was placed on the Reserve/Injured List on Saturday, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Wattenberg has dealt with an ankle injury since the middle of training camp, and the nagging issue will now sideline him for at least Denver's next four games. He worked as the team's primary center through the first five games, and Alex Forsyth is now the best bet to take over Watteberg's vacated role.

Broncos' Luke Wattenberg: Won't play Sunday
Wattenberg (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Chargers.
The third-year offensive lineman out of Washington was unable to practice all week due to an ankle injury, so it's no surprise he won't suit up for Sunday's divisional matchup. Expect Alex Forsyth to serve as Denver's top center in Wattenberg's stead.
