Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Spotted at practice Thursday
Diggs (concussion/knee) attended practice Thursday, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Diggs landed on injured reserve Saturday due in part to a concussion. It was subsequently revealed that the veteran cornerback is also dealing with a right knee injury. Diggs' appearance on the practice field Thursday could suggest that he's cleared concussion protocol, per Hoyt, but it doesn't necessarily change his timeframe for returning to action. Due to his placement on IR, Diggs isn't eligible to play again until at least Thursday, Nov. 27 versus Kansas City.

Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Also working through knee injury
Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones relayed Tuesday that Diggs (concussion) is also rehabbing from a right knee injury, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Diggs was placed on injured reserve Saturday due to a concussion that he sustained away from team activities. The 2020 second-rounder is also managing a right knee injury that could require minor surgery if rest and rehab isn't enough, though it's not to the same knee that he suffered a torn ACL and ligament damage to during the 2023 season. Diggs is eligible to be activated off injured reserve for Week 12 against the Eagles on Sunday, Nov. 23, but it appears the sixth-year pro will stay on IR past that window. Kaiir Elam and Trikweze Bridges will continue to see extra snaps at outside corner as long as Diggs is out of action.

Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Shifts to IR
Diggs (concussion) was placed on the injured reserve list Saturday.
Diggs was sidelined for the Cowboys' Week 7 win over the Commanders due to a concussion, and he'll now be forced to miss at least the team's next four games following his placement on IR. The 27-year-old appeared in Dallas' first six games this season, recording 18 total tackles. While he's sidelined for the foreseeable future, expect Caelen Carson to see increased snaps with the Cowboys' first-team defense.

Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Ruled out for Week 8
Diggs (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Patrik Walker of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Diggs didn't practice at all this week and will miss his second straight contest. Kaiir Elam and Trikweze Bridges saw increased snaps on defense alongside DaRon Bland at cornerback last Sunday against Washington.

Diggs (concussion) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.
Diggs suffered the injury in a home accident that caused him to miss Week 7. That he still wasn't able to practice Wednesday is a concern, as he'd likely need to turn in a full practice by Friday to have a chance to suit up in Week 8 against the Broncos.

Head coach Brian Schottenheimer relayed Monday that Diggs is still in the league's concussion protocol, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Diggs landed in concussion protocol after an incident in his home Thursday, which prevented from playing in the Cowboys' Week 7 win over the Commanders. He'll aim to return in practice in the coming week, but he would be required to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to play against the Broncos on Sunday.

Diggs (concussion) won't play Sunday against the Commanders, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Diggs had an incident in his home Thursday night that landed him in concussion protocol. He will need to clear the protocol to have a chance to return against the Broncos in Week 8. Diggs' absence Sunday will make a Cowboys secondary that has been the worst in the league at defending wide receivers even more vulnerable, though Washington may not have the personnel to capitalize given Terry McLaurin's (quadriceps) absence and the uncertainty over Deebo Samuel's (heel) availability.
