Titans' Jerome Baker: Volatile 2024 campaign
Baker finished the 2024 season with 51 total tackles (34 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding two passes defensed over 10 games.
Baker signed a one-year, $7 million contract with the Seahawks in March, appearing in five games with the team before being traded to Tennessee in late October. The linebacker played in a career-low 10 games in 2024 with the Seahawks and Titans, which led to the lowest tackle output of his seven-year NFL career. Baker will enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent and he'll likely have plenty of teams interested in signing him.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Sacks Jones in Week 17
Baker tallied six tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one pass defense during the Titans' 20-13 loss to the Jaguars on Sunday.
Baker missed the Titans' last three games due to a neck injury, but he was able to return Sunday and saw a heavy workload on defense. He registered his second sack of the season when he took down Mac Jones midway through the fourth quarter, though the Jaguars still managed to score two plays later on an 11-yard touchdown pass from Jones to rookie Brian Thomas. Baker has appeared in four games for Tennessee since being traded by Seattle in late October, and over that span he has totaled 23 tackles (12 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one pass defense.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Still sidelined Week 15
Baker (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday versus Cincinnati.
Baker missed last Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville due to a neck issue but logged three full practices this week. He didn't have an injury designation going into the weekend, but the veteran linebacker nonetheless won't return for Sunday's Week 15 matchup. Cedric Gray or James Williams will likely step into a starting role in Baker's stead.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Begins week with full practice
Baker (neck) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
A neck injury kept Baker out of action this past Sunday against the Jaguars, but his ability to practice in full Wednesday suggests a return is likely on the horizon. When healthy, Baker has worked as one of Tennessee's starting inside linebackers this season. His return would likely push Luke Gifford -- who started against Jacksonville in Baker's stead -- back to a rotational role.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Ruled out for Week 14
Baker (neck) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Baker appeared on Thursday's injury report as a DNP due to a neck injury, and after being absent from Friday's practice, the 27-year-old linebacker will be sidelined Sunday for the fifth time this season. The severity of his injury isn't clear, but his next opportunity to play will be Week 15 against the Bengals on Sunday, Dec. 15. With Baker and Kenneth Murray (hamstring) both out Sunday, the Titans will turn to Otis Reese and Luke Gifford as the starting inside linebackers, per Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Questionable for Week 14
Baker (neck) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Baker popped up on the Titans' injury report Thursday as a non-participant due to a neck issue. After logging a second DNP on Friday, he appears to be trending toward not playing in Week 14 despite his questionable designation. With Baker, Kenneth Murray (hamstring) and James Williams (knee) all listed as questionable for Sunday's divisional matchup, Otis Reese will likely see increased defensive work in the team's linebacker corps.

Titans' Jerome Baker: Dealing with neck injury
Baker (neck) did not practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Baker wasn't on Wednesday's injury report, indicating that his neck injury was a recent one. Unless he's able to return to practice Thursday, Baker would be in jeopardy of missing the Titans' AFC South clash against the Jaguars on Sunday. The Titans may have to turn to Otis Reese and Cedric Gray to start at inside linebacker Sunday if both Baker and Kenneth Murray (hamstring) are unable to play.
