Slay (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Slay was unable to participate in practice all week due to a concussion he sustained in the Week 10 loss to the Chargers. In the cornerback's absence, James Pierre will likely once again see starting snaps.
