Randle won't suit up against his former squad, though coach Chris Finch said Friday that the All-Star will return before the preseason comes to an end, according to Dane Moore of 'The Dane Moore NBA Podcast'. Randle underwent shoulder surgery in April but is expected to be 100 percent by Opening Night. Randle's next chance to debut for the Timberwolves will come Wednesday against the Bulls.

Reid got the start at center since Rudy Gobert (undisclosed) didn't feature, and he made the most of the opportunity while making his presence felt on both ends of the court. Gobert is penciled in as the starting center, but Reid should see plenty of minutes off the bench, which should make him valuable across the majority of fantasy formats. After all, he won the Sixth Man of the Year award in 2023-24, when the 24-year-old averaged 13.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.9 blocks and 0.8 steals across 24.2 minutes across 81 regular-season games.

The 27-year-old guard will likely come off the bench behind Anthony Edwards when the regular season tips off, and after dropping a career-high 15.5 points and 3.5 threes over 81 games for the Knicks last season, DiVincenzo is expected to be one of the key pieces of Minnesota's second unit in 2024-25.
