76ers' Adem Bona: Sniffs double-double in defeat
Bona finished Sunday's 122-102 loss to the Bulls with 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 FT), nine rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 33 minutes.
Bona stuffed the stat sheet while nearly recording his fourth double-double on the season during Sunday's loss in the regular-season finale. The rookie second-round pick showcased his potential while stepping into an increased role due to both Joel Embiid (knee) and Andre Drummond (toe) being sidelined for extended periods. Bona made 58 regular-season appearances, finishing with averages of 5.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, 0.5 assists and 0.4 steals while shooting an extremely efficient 70.3 percent from the field across 15.6 minutes per contest.

76ers' Adem Bona: Efficient effort against Atlanta
Bona chipped in 18 points (8-9 FG, 2-4 FT), six rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one steal over 30 minutes during Friday's 124-110 loss to the Hawks.
Bona connected on eight of his nine field-goal attempts Friday and finished as the 76ers' third-leading scorer behind Jared Butler (25) and Marcus Bagley (20). Bona has started in the 76ers' last eight games, and over that span he has averaged 15.3 points on 75.4 percent shooting, 8.5 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 2.8 blocks and 1.1 steals over 30.6 minutes per contest.

76ers' Adem Bona: Efficient 17 points in easy win
Bona supplied 17 points (6-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-7 FT), nine rebounds and two blocks in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 122-103 win over the Wizards.
Bona paced the 76ers in swats Wednesday, falling a lone board shy of a double-double. With Philadelphia still missing their top three centers on the depth chart, the 2024 second-rounder should close out the season with a featured role. Bona has averaged 13.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 1.2 steals in 28.3 minutes across his last 13 games.

76ers' Adem Bona: Double-double in Monday's loss
Bona chipped in 16 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one steal across 35 minutes during Monday's 117-105 loss to the Heat.
The 2024 second-round pick produced his third career double-double in his sixth straight start. The lottery-bound Sixers have little reason to give veteran center Andre Drummond (toe) much court time over their final few games, so Bona figures to remain the team's primary option in the middle. During his current run as a starter, the 22-year-old is averaging 14.5 points, 8.8 boards, 3.0 blocks, 1.3 steals and 1.0 assists in 30.5 minutes a contest while shooting 73.1 percent from the floor.

76ers' Adem Bona: Turns in career night
Bona finished with 28 points (13-15 FG, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, three blocks and two steals in 35 minutes during Thursday's 126-113 loss to the Bucks.
Bona set a new career high in scoring, and he did so in an impressive manner, missing only two attempts from the field. He was also a major factor at the rim and has now swatted away three or more shots in five straight games. Expect Bona to see a healthy workload down the stretch of the regular season, especially while Andre Drummond continues to miss time with a toe injury.

76ers' Adem Bona: Strong production continues
Bona produced nine points (3-5 FG, 3-6 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals across 32 minutes during Tuesday's 105-91 loss to the Knicks.
Bona continues to be one of the few positive stories to come out of Philadelphia this season, turning in another strong two-way performance. Over the past five games since returning from injury, Bona has averaged 10.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 3.0 blocks in 26.0 minutes per game. Given that their other option is Andre Drummond (toe), it makes sense for the 76ers to continue with Bona as their starting center for the remainder of the season.

76ers' Adem Bona: Records double-double
Bona registered 16 points (8-9 FG), 10 rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one steal in 30 minutes during Saturday's 118-95 loss to the Heat.
Bona was solid on both ends of the court and recorded his first double-double since March 9. He's scored at least 15 points and grabbed at least nine boards in his last two starts, and given that the 76ers are eliminated from playoff contention, the rookie out of UCLA could see an uptick in minutes -- and thus, in his upside -- in the final weeks of the regular season.

76ers' Adem Bona: Starting Saturday
Bona is in the 76ers' starting lineup against the Heat on Saturday, Derek Bodner of AllPHLY.com reports.
Bona will make his third start of the season Saturday and second since the beginning of March. Bona has played in the 76ers' last two games after missing the prior five contests due to an ankle injury and has averaged 6.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 blocks over 21.0 minutes in those outings.

76ers' Adem Bona: Brings defense in return to action
Bona (ankle) tallied six points (3-4 FG), seven rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block across 19 minutes in Monday's 112-99 loss to the Pelicans.
Bona had missed the 76ers' last five games due to a left ankle sprain, but he was cleared to play Monday and took back a spot in the rotation as starting center Guerschon Yabusele's primary backup. Though he may not be able to push for a consistent 30-plus-minute role unless he moves into the starting five, Bona could see a slight uptick in playing time in future contests due to Yabusele's ability to play both frontcourt positions. Bona has proven to be a worthy fantasy asset while averaging 26.2 minutes over his last five outings, as he's generated 12.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and 1.4 steals per game while shooting 67.6 percent from the field during that stretch.

76ers' Adem Bona: Likely to play Monday
Bona (ankle) is listed as probable for Monday's game against the Pelicans.
After missing the past five games due to a left ankle sprain, Bona is trending towards returning to action Monday. He could be worthy of a look in fantasy leagues where he might have been dropped, as he was playing well before his recent absence. In his last four appearances, Bona averaged 13.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 1.3 steals in 28.0 minutes.

Bona was listed as probable leading up to Monday's clash after missing five games with an ankle injury, and he officially has the all clear to return. 76ers' Adem Bona: Still out against OKC
Bona (ankle) won't play in Wednesday's game versus the Thunder.
Bona will miss his third straight contest Wednesday due to a left ankle sprain. With Andre Drummond (toe) also out and Guerschon Yabusele (knee) deemed questionable, Alex Reese could continue to receive increased playing time. Bona's next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with San Antonio.

76ers' Adem Bona: Missing another contest
Bona (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Rockets.
Bona scored in double figures in four straight games, averaging 13.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 1.3 steals in 28.0 minutes a night, including a 16-point, nine-rebound effort in 34 minutes as a starter during Friday's 112-100 loss to Indiana. However, the rookie second-round pick was sidelined for Philly's next game, a 130-125 win in Dallas on Sunday, and will remain sidelined for the second half of this back-to-back set. With Andre Drummond (toe) also sidelined, Guerschon Yabusele (knee), Oshae Brissett, Alex Reese and Chuma Okeke are candidates for increased roles.

76ers' Adem Bona: Comes close to double-double
Bona chipped in 16 points (5-8 FG, 6-7 FT), nine rebounds, one block and two steals over 34 minutes during Friday's 112-100 loss to Indiana.
Bona made the second start of his NBA career in this loss to the Pacers, and the big man took advantage of the opportunity and delivered a solid line despite having to battle with Myles Turner and Pascal Siakam in the frontcourt throughout the contest. Bona has upside if he stays in the starting lineup, but that will depend on when Andre Drummond (toe) returns to the hardwood.

76ers' Adem Bona: Dealing with ankle injury
Bona (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Dallas, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.
Bona likely sprained his left ankle during Friday's 112-100 loss against the Pacers, during which he logged 16 points, nine rebounds, two steals and one block over 34 minutes. The severity of the injury isn't clear, but he would appear to be in jeopardy of also missing Monday's game against Houston. With Bona and Andre Drummond (toe) both ruled out, Guerschon Yabusele should see the lion's share of minutes at center Sunday.

76ers' Adem Bona: Starting vs. Indiana
Bona is in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Pacers, Kyle Neubeck of AllPHLY.com reports.
The 76ers will be depleted for this contest, and the lack of viable options in the frontcourt will push Bona into the starting lineup. The rookie has made only one previous start this season. It came against the Bucks on Jan. 19, where he posted 10 points, six rebounds, a steal and a block across 24 minutes.
