Chourio went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Diamondbacks.

Chourio extended Milwaukee's lead to 3-0 in the sixth inning with a 448-foot blast off Corbin Burnes, his fifth home run this season. Since going 0-for-5 with five strikeouts on Opening Day, Chourio has proceeded to hit safely in his subsequent 14 games. He's now slashing .313/.309/.657 through 68 plate appearances with 17 RBI, 14 runs scored and a stolen base.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Racks up five RBI in rout

Chourio went 2-for-5 with a home run, a double, three total runs and five total RBI in Wednesday's 17-2 win over the Rockies.

Chourio made the most of his two knocks in the victory, notching a two-run double in the second inning and adding a three-run homer in the fifth. It was the fourth straight multi-hit performance for the rising star, and Chourio extended his hitting streak to 11 games with the effort. He's yet to draw a walk this season, but Chourio has otherwise been among the league's most impressive hitters, slashing .315/.309/.685 with four home runs, 16 RBI, 10 runs and a stolen base through 55 plate appearances.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Continues hot streak in easy win

Chourio went 2-for-5 with a double, a triple, a stolen base and two RBI in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Rockies.

Chourio first hit a Kyle Freeland fastball outside the strike zone and into the gap in left-center field for a two-run double in the third inning, and then stole third base and scored on a William Contreras single later in the frame. The speedy 21-year-old left fielder got to Freeland once more in the fifth, legging out a triple off the southpaw for his first three-bagger of the year. After striking out five times on Opening Day, Chourio has been on fire, hitting .341 with three home runs, five doubles, 11 RBI and seven runs scored through his last 10 games.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Delivers first homer of 2025

Chourio went 3-for-5 with a double, a solo homer and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Royals in 11 innings.

Chourio had a rough start to the campaign, as he earned the platinum sombrero by going 0-for-5 with five strikeouts Opening Day, but he's collected a hit in each of the past five games and is batting .348 with four extra-base hits and four RBI during that stretch.

Chourio went 1-for-4 with an RBI double and three strikeouts in Monday's 11-1 loss to Kansas City.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Dons platinum sombrero

Chourio went 0-for-5 with five strikeouts in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Yankees.

Chourio carried a hot bat in spring training with a 1.224 OPS and just seven strikeouts in 53 Cactus League plate appearances, but he nearly matched that total Opening Day. The 21-year-old had a chance to redeem himself during the ninth inning with the bases loaded, but he was instead punched out by former teammate Devin Williams to complete the platinum sombrero. Chourio will attempt to turn the page Saturday after Friday's team off day and get back to the .914 OPS he posted during the second half of the 2024 regular season.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Bagging hits in bunches

Chourio is 11-for-17 (.647) with six doubles, five RBI and three stolen bases over his last five spring games.

Chourio started racking up hits almost as soon as the spring schedule began, and he piled up all kinds of them over the last week. Expectations are high for Chourio this season, and his recent results have done nothing to slow the momentum.

  • Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Sizzling this spring

Chourio went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs in Monday's Cactus League game against the Mariners.

Chourio shined as a rookie and has picked up where he left off this spring, going 9-for-23 (.391) with a 3:2 BB:K while recording both a trio of doubles and steals. Chourio -- who turned 21 years old Tuesday -- will play regularly in 2025, and it looks like he will occupy a prominent spot in the batting order, as he has hit either leadoff or second in eight of the nine exhibition contests he has appeared in to date.
