    At its own level in the A-10, perhaps GW makes some noise for Chris Caputo, who thinks his team is better than last year's 21-13 overall mark (and 9-9 in league play).     Analysis

    Low as it might seem, this total is higher than it's been in several seasons. It is not high enough. Army has picked up the pace on offense, with a No. 67 ranking for snaps per game. Navy has picked up the scoring pace and forged a No. 31 ranking with 32 ppg. Midshipman QB Blake Horvath airs it out 12 times a game and is hitting on 62% with nine TDs. The rivals might not have quite entered the 21st century for offense but have booked a departure out of the 20th. Unless the coaches go scared conservative on play-calling, this matchup should easily find the 40s in points.

    Analysis

    This number feels a little light for Creighton at home. I think we are getting some value here because the Bluejays are just 5-4. However, the four teams that beat Creighton - Gonzaga, Baylor, Iowa State, Nebraska - are all better than them. And all four losses were away from home. Kansas State started out hot but have since lost four of five. In their one true road game this year, Kansas State got blasted by Indiana, 86-69. I think this might be a buy low spot for Creighton at home. I'll lay the 3.5. Bet up to -5.

    Analysis

    Though the Commander-in-Chief Under trend hasn't been quite as compelling in the past few years, the fundamentals still suggest it be the first angle explored in these service academy games. So overwhelming had the trend been for years that we saw this matchup posted at a mere 28 (!) total two years ago. Dueling options almost mirroring one another keep the clock and usually the chains moving, and while Navy might be able to deviate slightly more with the more-accomplished Blake Horvath at QB, we doubt the Mids get to 31 points like they did a year ago. Unders are 16-2-1 in the last 19 Army-Navy games (though over last year)! Play Army-Navy Under (at Baltimore)

    Analysis

    His back to the wall, HC Eric Konkol has opened up the bomb bays for his Tulsa side that previous to this season had offensive issues galore (and a main reason Konkol was 34-60 in three seasons since his move from la Tech). Using the portal to solve some of those issues, the Golden Hurricane now rank 17th nationally in both scoring (90.7 ppg) and triples pg (11.2), with ex-St Thomas G Miles Barnstable and ex-Rhody F David Green (both 14.2 ppg) leading the assault. Meanwhile, NMSU might have C-USA's top weapon in transfer G Jemel Jones (16.5 ppg). Note Tulsa has scored at least 81 points vs. every for save slowdown UNI. Play Tulsa-NMSU Under (at Frisco, Tx)
